OMORFIE's Money-Back Guarantee applies only to OMORFIE hair care can be offered upon application within 30 days of product usage. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with the appropriate information for your case to be assessed and approved. Products must be returned and any refund will not be inclusive of shipping costs.

A full refund, excluding any shipping add-ons and return processing fee, will be issued to your original payment method after OMORFIE has received, checked and confirmed your item passes our exchange/return criteria. Some financial institutions can take up to 3 business days to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.

Please note your return will go through a product inspection once received at our warehouse and be assessed to see if you qualify for an exchange/refund. ENA Pro Stylers can only be refunded for manufacturing faults, not general wear and tear.
Our returns department has the right to refuse a return if a returned item does not meet the above conditions. In this instance, the item will be returned to the address provided on the original order.
All returned orders will be issued with a credit note to the value of the item(s) returned less any shipping costs. Online credit notes are valid for 12 months. You will need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Your OMORFIE Hair Styler is replaceable within three (3) months or repaired within one (1) year of the original purchase date if it is found to be defective in workmanship and or materials.
This warranty does not apply to OMORFIE Hair Styler’s showing damage/abuse or to parts which our judgement are not defective – nor does this warranty extend to tampered/altered and or repaired other than by OMORFIE and its Manufacture.
This warranty does not cover general use/wear and tear– such as scratches, cord fraying, chips, abrasions, discoloration and fading.Theft and or Loss of product.
